NUIMNational University of Ireland, Maynooth is one of four constituent universities of the federal National University of Ireland. It traces its origins to the foundation of St Patrick's College, Maynooth in 1795 and is Ireland's second oldest university. NUI Maynooth has a longstanding international reputation for learning and academic excellence in the sciences, social sciences and humanities.
